Refining the solution – Once you determine there is value in HBE’s design solution, the following personnel works directly with you:
Vice President of Project Development
Design Architect
Letter of Authorization – When you recognize a distinct value in the HBE approach to a design solution and are ready to move forward with HBE on an exclusive basis, a brief Letter of Authorization (LOA) is all that is required.
The LOA signifies that the hospital and HBE will work through a planning process intended to result in a specific project. The LOA also clearly spells out HBE’s Difference of “no up-front risk” for the hospital.
No Financial Commitment – You incur no financial obligation until you are completely satisfied with our proposed design solution. HBE’s policy is to assume major up-front planning and design risk. As the nation’s leading healthcare design-build firm, we are not only large enough to assume such risk, but we believe it is the right thing to do.
