Guaranteed Lump Sum Price
The HBE Guaranteed Lump Sum Price offers a better advantage over the standard Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). In most cases, the GMP is not a guarantee or a maximum. The HBE Guaranteed Lump Sum Price guarantees ALL architecture, engineering, construction and site work costs. It is presented at the same time we provide the conceptual design, which is months before working drawings are complete.
