ST. LOUIS (August, 2011) - HBE Corporation, the leading design-builder for healthcare facilities across the U.S., has named Jason Schafer as Sr. Corporate Recruiting Manager.

Based out of HBE's headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Schafer is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing ATS and VMS systems, and analysis of internal recruiting metrics and other performance indicators.  Mr. Schafer is also directly responsible for actively recruiting our industries top talent to fulfill HBE's open job requisitions.

Mr. Schafer has 13 years Talent Acquisition experience.  Most recently, Jason served as the Owner of KNS Consulting, conducting speaking engagements and training on various recruiting tools, technologies, implementations and strategies.  Mr. Schafer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
