HBE Corporation, the nation's largest and most experienced designer and builder of healthcare facilities, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Hospital Sales department.

Responsibilities:
•  Prepare research using multiple sources including on-line resources.
•  Assist sales executives.
•  Maintain written and electronic files.
•  Maintain telephone coordination for internal and external clients.

Requirements:
•  College Degree preferred or Secretarial Certificate
•  4+ years of experience
•  Proficient in Excel and Word
•  Type 55 words per minute
•  Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment, make timely judgments and prioritize duties based on
    the needs of the sales executives in identifying/pursuing leads.
