ST. LOUIS (February, 2011) - HBE Corporation, the leading design-builder for health care facilities across the U.S., has named Mike Koncki Director of Personnel.

Based out of HBE's headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Koncki is responsible for strategic and day-to-day management of all human resources initiatives, including the company's recruiting strategies, company benefits, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training and development, and succession planning.  Mr. Koncki will also focus on HBE's overall organizational development, managing talent, and human resources strategic initiatives.

Mr. Koncki has over 21 years of human resource and personnel experience, with the past decade focused exclusively in the architectural, engineering and construction industry.  Mike most recently served as Principal in Charge of the Koncki Group and has worked as Director of Operations, Regional Manager, and Recruiting Specialist with companies such as HCM Industries, S.M. Wilson, and HBE Corporation.
