The Enloe Medical Center project in Chico, California received design approval from the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) for the build-out of the 5th floor. Prior to the redesign, this area was empty "shell" space intended to allow for future expansion. The State approval enabled construction work to proceed in parallel with the rest of the project.
