HBE’s alternative design for Hanford Community Medical Center in Hanford, CA is a 202,000 square foot, 142-bed, acute care, green field hospital.

Corporate Controller

HBE Corporation, the nation's largest and most experienced designer and builder of hospitals, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Controller at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

Essential Job Functions:
· Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, including: General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Field Payroll.
· Ensure proper internal controls are being implemented and followed.
· Ensure and enhance the accuracy of the company's financial reports.
· Supervise professional and clerical staff.
· Manage, organize and delegate work.

Requirements:
· Must have 10+ years experience either as an Accounting Manager or as a Controller.
· Strong leadership skills to guide and direct the daily activities of Corporate Accounting
· Ability to recognize and resolve complex issues.
· Excellent working knowledge of General Ledger and PC systems and consolidation of financial information.
· BS Degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred.
