The Project:
The project includes three new floors encompassing 105 beds of new patient acocmmodations (replacing 63 and adding 42 beds), increasing total hospital size from 213 to 255 beds.  The project also includes a new lobby, gift shop, central sterile and medical records area, along with expansion and renovation of the lab.  Other renovations include cardiology, psychology, dialysis, surgery, administration, and a new three-level Medical Office Building with 3,000 square feet of remodeled area atop an existing four-level building.

A new five-level concrete frame addition with a shelled basement that houses a new lobby and expanded laboratory on the ground floor, medical records and CSR on the first floor and three levels of medical/surgical beds.  Renovations completed in the laboratory, medical library, dialysis, psychiatric unit, administration, PT/OT, occupational medicine, cardiology and miscellaneous offices.

Above includes:  Architecture and Engineering Services, Construction including Site Work.

The project is a three-level addition on top of an existing four-level building with a new seven-level elevator tower.  The new addition houses doctors' offices leased by local doctors from the hospital.
