Alterations to create emergency room and outpatient clinic, chemotherapy, business offices, surgery equipment storage, expand gift shop and pharmacy.

Ottawa Community faced an escalating project cost estimate as high as $19 Million. They called HBE in to evaluate the situation and opted for the HBE alternative that met all of the Hospital's facility iimprovement objectives for $11 Million (42% less than the original architect's program). HBE's project enhanced departmental relationships, greatly improved the flow of patient services and maximized the value of the Hospital's existing facility site. |
