Designed as a 40-bed replacement facility. The two-story element, structured for a third floor, locates all patient beds on the 2nd floor. The bed mix consists of four ICU beds, four LDRP's and 32 med/surg beds. Nine of the 14 private rooms are sized for an additional bed that expands the bed count to 49. The first floor includes emergency, imaging (CT, nuclear medicine, general rad room, R&F room, ultrasound, MAMMO and ECHO), pharmacy, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, surgery (consising of three orthopedic sized operating rooms), CSR, dietary, laboratory, outpatient facilities, administration, medical records, business/conference space, home health and clinic space for six physicians. The site is master planned to expand the clinic for future office space, a future 100-bed long-term care facility and a four-bay ambulance garage with sleeping quarters.

A 30,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing hospital for physician offices. The addition includes two and three-level elements. The two-level element of the new addition is built above the existing physician and administrative office space. The project includes 12,400 sq. ft. of tenant finish and 12,200 sq. ft. of shelled space.
