PROJECT   The project includes a two-story amublatory care center and a 340-car parking structure. 1st Floor Ambulatory Care Center - includes a lobby, new 50-seat auditorium, clinic and a new pre-admitting testing department with laboratory, radiology and ultrasound capability. 2nd Floor Shelled for doctors offices. 3rd Floor Four OR ambulatory surgery units with a three-room endoscopy suite.      “It truly is remarkable...how the new construction and the renovations have come together. Excavation/Site Utility   Contract Amount: $468,000* Completion Date: December 1997 *Includes all architectural, engineering and construction costs Excavation and site utility relocation for the new 6-story “G” building and relocation of a portion of the Ambulatory Care Center entry drive. New Construction   Contract Amount: $32,955,903* New Square Feet: 164,000 Completion Date: October 1996 *Includes all architectural, engineering and construction costs New 6-story “G” building includes the new Cancer Treatment Center, linear accelerator, central supply, emergency department, 31-bed orthopedic unit, 31-bed pulmonary unit and a 31-bed oncology unit. New 5-story “H” building and renovation of the existing “E” building includes a new main lobby, admitting, business office, gift shop, chapel, education and medical records. Renovation   Contract Amount: $1,065,000* Completion Date: October 1996 *Includes all architectural, engineering and construction costs Renovation of the existing kitchen to accommodate a totally new food service preparation process.
