HBE Expands Healthcare Design-Build Team

ST. LOUIS (March, 2008) –

HBE Corporation, today announced the addition of six new professionals to its dynamic Healthcare team.

Joseph Brady – Construction Superintendent for Enloe Medical Center, Chico, CA
Joseph is responsible for the coordination and management of all subcontractors on-site. Brady has 25 years of hands-on experience in crew supervision, job scheduling and inventory control. Brady received an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management from Modesto Junior College in Modesto, CA. Joseph is a resident of Modesto, CA.

Cory Hospers
– Assistant Project Manager for Enloe Medical Center, Chico, CA
Cory works closely with the Project Director to ensure timely, quality and successful completion of the project. Prior to joining HBE, Hospers held the position of Construction Manager at Lennar Corp. located in Sacramento, CA. Hospers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University in Chico, CA. Cory is a resident of Gridley, CA.

David Tretter
– Sr. Electrical Engineer
David is responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating the planning for and design of electrical systems for HBE design-build projects. Tretter has more than 28 years of experience in electrical design, layouts and specifications. Prior to joining HBE, he held positions with Fru-Con Engineering, Jacobs/Sverdrup Facilities, Inc., Kenneth Balk & Associates, Inc. and Booker Associates, Inc. David was also an electrical engineer for the U.S Air Force at Scott Air Force Base. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia. David is also a Registered Professional Engineer and a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional.

Mark Kuhlman
– Electrical Engineer
Mark works closely with the Sr. Electrical Engineer to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the planning for and design of electrical systems for HBE design-build projects. Prior to joining HBE, Kuhlman was self-employed as an Independent Contractor and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri at St. Louis/Washington University Joint Undergraduate Engineering Program.

Aurelio Lozano
– Office Project Engineer
Aurelio is responsible for assisting the Superintendent and the Project Director with execution of HBE design-build projects from design to completion. Lozano completed his internship at CharestCorp Commercial Builder and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University in Fresno, CA and a Liberal Arts A.A. degree with an emphasis in Architecture from College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA. Aurelio is a resident of Corcorran, CA.

Tori Gillespie
– Entry Level Mechanical Engineer
Tori is responsible for working on complex heating and air conditioning calculations to maintain room air quality, temperature and other critical services in diverse spaces such as operating rooms and patient rooms. Gillespie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri at St. Louis/Washington University Joint Undergraduate Engineering Program. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Society, Inc., National Society of Black Engineers and Society of Future Engineers.
